Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and align paid media performance with those goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, working to gain insights and the latest beta to improve client performance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid channels and best practices.
  • Be client-facing, maintaining direct contact with clients and attending and leading weekly calls with clients.
  • Understand client goals and align strategy to meet those objectives.
  • Develop and present media plans to strategists for approval, including rationale.
  • Prepare roadmaps to increase account performance in line with client business goals, along with robust testing plans.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns.
  • Audit accounts regularly to ensure best practices are applied.
  • Assign tasks to team members as needed.
  • Create targeted campaigns, including writing required copy and testing landing pages.
  • Collaborate with strategists to prepare monthly and quarterly reports.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a paid media role, working across Paid Media.
  • Experience with shopping and feed management.
  • Solid presenting and client-facing experience.
  • Strong understanding of tracking and tagging.
  • Growth-focused and willing to learn and adapt.
  • Google qualified.
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder.
  • Ability to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical approach to work.
  • Collaborative worker and team player.
