**Job Description:**
- Carry out Mental Health Act assessments and provide recommendations for the most suitable treatment options.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and uploaded to patient records in accordance with the Mental Health Act.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of social care services and support.

**Desirable Qualifications and Skills:**
- Holds a professional Social Work qualification or equivalent experience.
- Has extensive knowledge of mental health legislation, The Care Act 2014, and safeguarding practices.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
