We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Improvement Consultant to join our client's team in Bridgwater. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within Manufacturing, major projects, or organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of arrangements for deployment
  • Coach and train quality Teams
  • Coach and train Supplier Teams
  • Conduct CFSI Assessments with Suppliers
  • Investigate and report on potential issues
  • Share learning & good practices across the supply chain

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

">
  • A degree in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within Manufacturing, major projects, or organisations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

">

The salary for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
