Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our luxury facility in Kensington, UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all areas of the club, including exercise equipment, locker rooms, and storage areas, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience at our facility.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on exercise equipment and report any issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Supply Management: Maintain an adequate supply of towels, cleaning products, and other essential items.
  • Delivery and Storage: Receive and store all deliveries, ensuring that they are properly labeled and stored.
  • Special Events: Assist with special events and functions, providing support as needed.
  • Communication: Notify the Housekeeping Manager of any issues or concerns, ensuring prompt attention to maintenance and cleaning needs.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
  • Cleaning Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
  • Education and Training: Must have a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
