About the Role

Capula, a leading provider of advanced system integration, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our engineering employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for electrical engineering employees, including apprentices and experienced engineers.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to identify training needs and develop curricula that meet those needs.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to employees, using a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
  • Assess employee knowledge and skills, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical engineering training, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering training, with a strong background in teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
