We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training professional to join our team at Morson Talent. As an Electrical Engineering Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs for our clients' engineering employees and apprentices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering or Software, with experience in training and development. You will work closely with our Learning and Development Advisor and engineering leads to design and deliver training interventions that meet the needs of our clients' engineering teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and delivering training programs for engineering employees and apprentices
  2. Working with engineering managers to refresh and upskill their engineering populations
  3. Advising on technical training content and ensuring appropriate provider/delivery
  4. Leading the Apprenticeship scheme and supporting apprentices throughout their education journey

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Either experience working as an Electrical Control Systems Engineer or delivering Electrical Engineering courses
  2. Appropriate qualification in an Engineering related field

Desirable requirements include a BEng in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and experience in coaching and mentoring.
