Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Change Delivery Specialist to join our team in Swindon, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme delivery, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role: As a Change Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale programmes, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to meet business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing programme plans to deliver business objectives
  • Liaising with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations
  • Managing and mitigating programme risks
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective programme delivery

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering complex programmes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
