Job Summary:

MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join their Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing superior quality Engineering Design services to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and review of civil and structural 3D engineering models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Produce and review construction quality civil layouts and structure general arrangement drawings that meet specifications, are cost-effective, and can be safely constructed, maintained, commissioned, and demolished.
  • Work closely with the Civil Discipline Lead to develop and implement procedures and processes that ensure the continued growth and development of the discipline.
  • Resource planning and responsibility for project delivery within budget and program.
  • Coordinate designs with other disciplines and utilize internal and external resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to civil design staff.
  • Support the development of staff and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure designs take into account environmental considerations and meet all health and safety requirements.
  • Assist in improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
