About the Role: Supporting Students with Complex Needs in a Bright Future

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 and group support, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs. You will work closely with teachers and parents to ensure holistic support for each student. Your creativity and patience will shine through as you deliver engaging and innovative lessons through sensory, academic, and physical activities.

Requirements:
  • Level 2 or 3 certificate in supporting teaching and learning in schools (desirable) / or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and engaging students.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Salary: £83.83 per day, based on the national rate for this position.
