Job Role

We are seeking exceptional Support Workers who share our values to join our friendly team. As a Support Worker, you will be predominantly supporting individuals in the community, providing care and support tailored to their needs and wishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism
  • Work together with individuals to identify and achieve their goals, promoting choice and control over their lives
  • Carry out everyday tasks, including personal care and supporting individuals to participate in activities that promote a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle
  • Use a driving license (manual license) to take individuals out into the community in their vehicles
