Role Overview
Teach Now is seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to support children across KS2 in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will work closely with the teaching staff to provide booster sessions and interventions, helping students catch up with the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional guidance.
  • Assist in small group settings to reinforce learning in key areas such as literacy and numeracy.
  • Offer tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their learning journey remains positive and productive.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's education. A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and ability to adapt to individual learning needs would be beneficial. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with students and is committed to making a positive impact on their lives.

Working Arrangements:
This is a part-time position, working approximately 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £6,800-£7,600 per annum, based on 20 days per term at £85-£100 per day. The location is Enfield, London.
