We're seeking an experienced and innovative Qualified Teacher to join our SEN team in North London. This is a full-time role, working with KS1 pupils on Monday-Wednesday and KS2 on Thursday and Friday.
About the Opportunity:
  • Designing and delivering interactive lessons tailored to meet the needs of children with complex requirements.
  • Providing individualized support to help pupils reach their full potential.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes emotional well-being and self-esteem.
  • Promoting best practices in behaviour management to minimize disruptions.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in SEN schools, where you can apply your skills effectively.
  • Proven experience working with children who have SEN and SEMH concerns.
  • The ability to de-escalate and support emotional regulation in pupils.
  • A valid DBS registration or willingness to apply for a new one.
  • A commitment to work 5 days a week and dedicate at least 12 weeks to the role.
