About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Systems Analyst to join our team as an HRIS Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our Dayforce HR System, including data and process delivery to ensure seamless HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support our Dayforce HR System, encompassing Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Workforce management, Learning, Performance, Compensation, Workforce Management, and Payroll modules.
  • Administer new accounts, update existing information, create and assign role-based permissions to optimize system functionality.
  • Ensure successful Dayforce upgrades by preparing the wider team for system changes and updating necessary configurations.
  • Complete UAT on releases/upgrades, including regression testing and new enhancement testing to guarantee system stability.
  • Support system configurations and deliver solutions that meet business requirements through the effective use of SQL, XML, and HTML.
  • Promote operational excellence by participating in projects, gathering requirements, updating project plans, and tracking task statuses.
  • Analyze current business practices, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, regulatory compliance, and accurate employee information collection.
  • Develop and provide training to various user audiences with diverse technical skill levels.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects.
  • Configure system integrations and settings.
  • Candidates must have strong planning, organizational skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools within a 365 environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience with configuring Dayforce, creating/enhancing workflows, system notifications, and report building.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation in Dayforce.
  • Good SQL, XML, and HTML experience is required.
