Data Analyst Role at Belhati

At Belhati, we are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team of experts in Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Blockchain, IoT, and Metaverse technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to business problems.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to design and implement data-driven solutions to business problems.
  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, Python, R, SPSS, or SAS to be used for data set analyzing.
  • Experience with statistical methods: Correlation, Regression Analysis, Factor Analysis, Cluster analysis, Decision Trees, etc.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, or ETL frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in data and analytics, such as Certified Analytics Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Data analytics field.
  • Desired skills are Excel VBA, Python, SQL, ETL, Data Pipeline, Data Transformation, Manipulation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer-focused approach.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment.
