About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a reputable school in the Gloucester area. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to a pupil with additional behavioral difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and possess a nurturing and kind mindset. You will be required to work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans for the pupil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to a pupil with additional behavioral difficulties
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with teaching staff
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Use behavioral experience and comprehensive knowledge of SEN 1:1 pupil care and requirements to support the pupil
