Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of retail professionals
* Create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in the store
* Drive sales and revenue growth through commercial acumen and customer engagement
* Work closely with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and team development

About You:

* Previous store or deputy management experience
* Proven track record of leading and managing a team
* Strong commercial acumen and customer engagement skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
