European Category Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Marketing Specialist to join our Workplace Health Division. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, activities, and tools to achieve budgeted shipment and EBITDA goals.
Key Responsibilities- Implement category strategy, prioritising focus areas and overseeing all marketing activities for the division.
- Promote Workspace Ergonomic Solutions, including monitor arms and other associated subcategories.
- Establish effective communication of the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Represent the team to cross-functional groups, including product management, sales, and customer support.
- Update senior leadership on marketing activities and report on project results.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing marketing activities.
- Liaise with internal and external agencies to deliver briefs and activities in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with local marketing teams across Europe and Marcoms to produce effective strategies.
- Monitor campaigns and activities, analysing data to evaluate marketing success.
- Subject matter related further education essential, ideally BA/BSc level.
- Proven track record of developing and launching marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Proven work experience in a marketing team or as a marketing manager.
- Experience working in healthcare/workspace environment, ideally on Ergonomic Workspace Solutions.
- Good understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, within B2B/B2C environment.
- Able to think creatively and innovatively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
