Job Title: Experienced Phlebotomists/HCA's

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with phlebotomy expertise to join our team at GP World Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality phlebotomy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from clients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Label and store blood samples correctly in fixed and mobile locations.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the success of our healthcare services by providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Service Details:

We offer a seven-day service, running Monday to Sunday, linked to laboratory opening hours. Our service is open from 07:00 to 19:30 to ensure maximum accessibility to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Competency in phlebotomy, with a certificate or competency sign-off.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
