Electrical Inspector Team Leader

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector Team Leader to join their team in Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and conducting a volume of EICRs, with a good working knowledge of current electrical legislation, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electrical inspectors to conduct Periodic Inspection and Testing of LV electrical installations in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Develop and implement effective inspection and testing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Recognised time served electrical apprenticeship, in Contracting, Maintenance or Mining, supported by the relevant qualification at that time.
  • IET, BS7671:2018, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, qualification.
  • C&G Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations, 2391 – 2400/2394/2395.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations.
  • CSCS Safety passport or equivalent health and safety card.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position with an immediate start.
  • Basic salary of £49k based on a 45 hour week, 8 hours on site plus an hour's travel paid.
  • Overtime readily available, OTE with overtime £65K.
