About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Galashiels. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with activities such as horse riding, golf, bowling, and tennis, enabling them to live full lives and be involved in local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support vulnerable individuals.
  • Communicate effectively with supported people to provide individual care and maintain relationships.
  • Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.

  • Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
