Galashiels Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Relief Support Worker to join our team in Galashiels. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day-to-day living, promoting independence and life skills, and being part of a dynamic team that makes a positive difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support to vulnerable individuals.
- Communicate effectively with supported people to understand their needs and preferences.
- Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
- Statutory annual leave paid monthly based on hours worked.
- Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
