About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF and Microwave Engineer to join our team at RAF Menwith Hill. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data analysis techniques to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new RF and microwave systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF and microwave engineering.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in RF and Microwave Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of RF and microwave principles, including antenna theory, propagation, and modulation methods.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
