Senior Architectural Technologist Job Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment is proud to represent a reputable Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Practice based in Cirencester, seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the heavy workload in the pipeline, specializing in the Residential sector. This includes working on a variety of projects, such as extensions, refurbishments, change of use, new builds, and listed building conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing technical drawings and specifications
  • Collaborating with a team of surveyors and architects
  • Completing planning applications and site visits
  • Supporting junior members of the team
  • Working closely with the project management team
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification (BSc, HND, HNC)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to produce CGI images and technical drawings independently
  • Experience in project management and contract administration
