Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our client's team in Cirencester. Our client is a Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Practice with a strong reputation in the industry.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will work on a variety of small-scale Residential projects, utilizing AutoCAD software to produce technical drawings and supporting junior members of the team. They will also work closely with a team of surveyors, completing planning applications and taking measurements on site visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing technical drawings and specifications
  • Supporting junior team members and coordinating with surveyors
  • Completing planning applications and site visits
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification (BSc, HND, HNC)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to produce CGI images and technical drawings independently
  • Experience with project management and contract administration
