About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Aviva Workplace team. As a key member of our Customer and Marketing function, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with employers to develop bespoke pension communication plans, enhancing employee engagement and retirement planning.
  • Support new business opportunities, delivering high-quality, deadline-driven responses for tenders and pitches.
  • Prepare and present pitch materials, including slides and communication examples, to prospective clients.
  • Represent Aviva Workplace marketing in client interactions, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with senior external clients and internal teams.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas in a compelling and clear manner.
  • Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform and develop effective communication plans.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to influence and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience and knowledge within Financial Services, specifically pensions, is a bonus.
What We Offer
  • Salary - Circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
