Electric Network Operations Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our electric network operations, responsible for ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high standards in network construction.
About Last Mile:Last Mile Infrastructure Limited is a fast-growing Multi-utility Independent Connections Provider (ICP) fully accredited under the NERS, GIRS & WIRS schemes to carry out the turnkey provision of multi-utility infrastructure and subsequent connections.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of our electric workforce, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high standards in network construction.
- Lead and support site-based teams, focusing on productivity and quality while driving operational efficiency.
- A competitive salary: £95,000 - 105,000 per annum.
- A range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, increasing after 2 years by 1 day each year up to 30 days, plus 9 public holidays.
- A discretionary bonus, EV and ULEV salary sacrifice scheme, cycle to work salary sacrifice scheme, and up to 7% employer pension contribution.
- Previous experience of power distribution networks.
- Experience in managing multiple projects/teams across different locations.
- Experience in dealing with internal and external site-based workforce.
