Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer in driving the Commercial and brand strategies to achieve the WMC's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive planning, organisational and administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, take minutes and actions and facilitate those actions through to completion
  • Build great relationships within WMC as well as key external partners
  • Support the development and delivery of world-class marketing and communications
  • Contribute to the delivery of fundraising and philanthropic plans
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting at Executive Director level in a similar role
  • Highly effective planning, organisation and administrative skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new systems and absorb information to support a range of activities
