About the Role

  • Monitor and analyze network traffic for signs of potential cyber threats.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, implementing necessary mitigation measures.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in our systems.
  • Develop and implement security controls and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the proper implementation of security solutions.
  • Provide support to end users on security-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cyber threats and security advancements, recommending improvements to our security posture.

About You

  • Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Working knowledge of security assessment tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
  • Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives.
  • Analyses, designs, plans, executes, and evaluates work to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Engages or works with security specialists, as necessary.
