The successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of M and E projects from conception to completion. This will involve developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage M and E projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure quality control
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide updates on project status
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed according to specifications
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their installation
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project team members
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
