Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Legal and Casework team to provide excellent legal support to our members and staff
  • Ensure compliance with TULRA and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective casework management systems
  • Lead staff development and professional learning
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a large team and working under pressure
  • Excellent understanding of employment and trade union law
  • Strong focus on customer service and commitment to advancing equal opportunities and anti-discrimination
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £77,213 per annum
  • 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
  • 48 days leave inclusive of closure days and public holidays
  • Defined Benefit Pension Scheme
  • Based in Birmingham, West Midlands
