Job Overview

The Allocation Analyst role at Kate Spade is a key position within our European retail operations. This individual will be responsible for developing inventory strategies, analyzing sales performance, and optimizing replenishment activities across our stores and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product team to create initial allocation plans for new products and optimize stock levels.
  • Analyze store sales data and inventory levels to inform replenishment decisions and provide weekly reports to the business.
  • Develop fill rate analysis and present insights to cross-functional teams, including Buying and Visual Merchandising.
  • Review style and category performance to suggest improvements in replenishment and stock movement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in product allocation, planning, or merchandising.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Impact Analytics software is beneficial.
