We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Site Worker to join our team at our asphalt plant in Poulton-le-Fylde. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and protocols.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different materials and equipment, and to contribute to the production of high-quality asphalt products. Our team is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Our salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
