Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team at beBee Professionals as a Support Worker. This role involves providing support in daily living activities and encouraging independence for individuals with disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing support in daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores.
• Implementing care plans and monitoring progress to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
• Facilitating community and social outings to promote social interaction and engagement.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience and understanding when working with individuals who require support.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $40,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive health insurance and career progression opportunities are also available.
