Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temp Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services Engineering Team, you will be responsible for coordinating project deliveries, identifying potential obstacles, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project deliveries with the Professional Services Engineering Team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Identify and address potential obstacles early on, working closely with the Professional Services Team
  • Assist with resource planning and managing project deliverables
  • Oversee project-related goods in and out of our London preparation area
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for engineers
  • Ensure change control processes are followed and logged appropriately
  • Report on milestones and key deliverables for project status updates
  • Confirm acceptance and sign-off on UAT and test plans
  • Update project documentation with outstanding costs and other relevant details

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Excel, Gantt Charts)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • Quick learner with a positive approach to challenges
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear, trackable action points
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Basic understanding of contractual terms
