Building Project Architect

CV Library is seeking a skilled Project Architect to join a leading architecture, engineering, and construction company with a global presence. The successful candidate will work on a new project in the defence sector, utilizing their expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate architect to work fully remotely, with occasional site visits required. The ideal candidate will be based within a 50-mile radius of Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop architectural designs that meet quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and field reviews, adhering to applicable code requirements.
- Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards.
- Report to directors on the progress and updates of current projects.
- Previous experience managing projects and small teams of up to 6.
- Proficiency in the technical stages of a project.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Previous experience working on MOD projects is highly desirable, but the company also considers large-scale commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential projects.
- Having your own car and driver's license is essential.
- Remote working with a laptop supplied by the client.
