Building Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs that meet quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop architectural designs that meet quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and field review information, adhering to applicable code requirements.
- Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards.
- Report to directors on the progress and updates of current projects.
- Previous experience managing projects and small teams of up to 6.
- Proficiency in the technical stages of a project.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Previous experience working on MOD projects is highly desirable but we are also considering large-scale commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential.
- Having your own car and driver's license is essential.
- Remote working - Laptop supplied by client.
