Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at one of our residential care homes in Herne Bay, Kent. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, dressing, and undressing
  • Assist with providing refreshments, breakfast, and snacks as required
  • Have a basic understanding of mental health conditions and support requirements
  • Support residents with physical health conditions and during illness
  • Assist with moving and handling residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Administer medication following training on our electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system
