Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

About the Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. You will be working in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care and support to residents with varying needs.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide a quality care and support service for residents, taking into consideration their personal preferences, under supervision, and in line with Sanctuary Care policies and procedures.
- Administer medication safely and effectively in line with individual care plans and company policy when trained to do so.
- Deliver personal care and treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness, supporting them in making personal choices that enrich their lives while maintaining their dignity.
- Ensure that care plans are continually tailored to individual needs with the involvement of the resident in order that the appropriate level of support is provided for all aspects of daily living.
- Assist with risk assessments to ensure that care and support are provided in line with the relevant health and safety requirements.
- Participate in activities and social interactions with residents, adhering to individual care and support plans.

Requirements:
- Valid PVG & UK driving licence.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
