About the Role

Celeros Flow Technology UK is seeking a skilled CAD Engineer to join our team. As a CAD Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking computer-aided design (CAD) engineering activities across various end markets, including Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Water, Energy Transition, and Aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engineering activities on Project Execution on ETO and CTO contracts, and where applicable New Product Development and improvement initiatives specific for Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Water, Energy Transition, and Aftermarket.
  • Work with Principal CAD Engineer and others within Engineering and other Facility functions in a collaborative manner to achieve project deliverables.
  • Provide CAD Engineering Technical support through the full product life-cycle from pre-award through design/make to in-service site support.
  • Undertake the full range of CAD and CAE Engineering tasks under supervision, including drafting, checking, and creation of 2D detail drawings and 3D models, as well as Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Help the team achieve project deadlines, delivered with desired quality, cost, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant CAD Engineering experience/training.
  • Ability to operate equipment and undertake the full range of CAD Engineering tasks with supervision to support project execution for Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Water, Energy Transition, and Aftermarket.
  • IT skills required for discipline-specific software (SolidWorks and limited AutoCAD).
