Job Summary:

About the Role:
As a Paralegal in our residential property team, you will assist a small team of earners with their caseload, manage documents, and communicate with clients. You will also engage in a variety of residential property work, utilizing your initiative and proactive attitude to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage caseloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Engage in a variety of residential property work, including drafting documents and conducting research.

Requirements:
  1. Strong academic background, preferably in law or a related field.
  2. A genuine interest in residential conveyancing work, with a desire to learn and grow.
  3. Excellent communication and client skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
