We are seeking an Estate Management Executive to join our team at NHS Property Services in South London. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours and the opportunity to work from various hubs.

About the Role:

Senior Estates Managers play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services. They oversee teams of specialists and contributors, driving efficiency improvements, delivering change, and managing internal and external customer relationships. A key aspect of this role is coaching and managing teams to achieve targets and performance standards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Experience of line management in a busy, customer-focused business
  • Driving improvements to enable efficiency
  • Delivering change and managing delivery against key performance indicators
  • Managing internal and external customer relationships in a complex environment
  • Maintaining key property data across NHS systems and delivering safety and compliance management plans
