As a Head of Housekeeping at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that supports the delivery of high-quality care and support. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
About You
We are looking for an experienced housekeeper with a proven track record of leading and inspiring a team. You will have excellent communication skills and a caring nature, with the ability to work effectively with other staff members, residents, and their relatives. Experience in a care home, hospital, or hotel environment is highly desirable.
