Head of Housekeeping

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Housekeeping to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that every room and living space in the care home is maintained to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the care home.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the care home are maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure that the care home is maintained to a high standard and that all residents receive the best possible care.
