Support Adults with Complex Needs
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group.
As a Support Worker, you will be working with adults who have complex health needs, providing personal care, medication management, and mobility support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication as required
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
