**Do us a favour? Read this one, right to the end.**
Maybe you’ve heard stories of what it’s like to work in community care?
No travel time? Covering a huge geographical area? No breaks?
Neighbourhood care is different because it’s a privately owned, independent home care provider based in Burnham-on-Sea.
It was established in 2011, with the vision of providing a high quality service to its customers but also creating a enjoyable and fun working environment for its employees - that’s where the journey began.
We have a dedicated management team, who all have experience working as Community Care Assistants, that means we know exactly what it’s like to do the job and what we can do to make it better - and we will always get stuck in
As a Community Care Assistant you will be supporting people with daily tasks from personal care and administering medication to shopping and companionship and everything in between.
Experience is not essential, but an open mind, good sense of humour and a kind heart is a must - the rest can be learnt.
