**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover Manchester, Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield, and Nottingham areas. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of heavy-side materials and experience in working with builder's merchants and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling heavy-side products to existing and new stockists
  • Building strong relationships with key customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of heavy-side materials, including insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing, or any building envelope product
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary range for this position is £48,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus benefits such as car allowance, phone, and laptop. We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
