Aquatic Emergency Response Team Member

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emergency response services in the school pool, including rescuing individuals from the water and administering first aid when needed. They will also be responsible for monitoring pool activities and supervising swimmers to prevent accidents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing aquatic emergency response services
- Ensuring the safety of students and staff
- Monitoring pool activities and supervising swimmers
- Responding to emergencies when needed
- Administering first aid in the event of injury
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and excellent people skills. You must also be able to supervise and remain calm in emergency situations.
Compensation: £15.00 per hour including holiday pay.
