We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Aquatic Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.
Freedom Leisure is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to work closely with customers, and a willingness to gain or have the Level 1 or 2 swim teaching qualification.
The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team delivering a first-class swimming program. We offer flexible working hours, paid annual leave, training and development opportunities, and discounted staff membership. Plus, you'll be rewarded with up to £13.60 per hour for Level 1 or up to £17.90 per hour for Level 2.
To excel in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with parents/guardians, assist in supervising customers in the swimming pool, and maintain a safe and disciplined environment. If you're passionate about teaching and want to build a fulfilling career, we encourage you to apply.
