Your Role: Driving M&A Strategies for Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Director to join our esteemed Advisory team. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, particularly within the realm of private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity houses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, from initial due diligence to deal execution and post-merger integration.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive M&A strategies tailored to each client's unique objectives and market conditions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation assessments, and risk evaluations to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of professionals to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of evolving M&A trends, regulations, and best practices within the industry.

Your Profile: A Seasoned M&A Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, ideally holding an ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent work experience. You should have a proven track record of success in advising clients on complex M&A transactions and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
