Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator and Social Media Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels and supporting our team in enhancing our brand through social media, video content, and e-brochures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging social media and video content, including e-brochures.
  • Track and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content.
  • Create compelling graphics to share across social channels.
  • E nsure the brand message is consistent.

Requirements:

  • Experience with major social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Skills in digital content creation and video production.
  • Graphic design skills that catch the eye.
  • Genuine interest and passion for all Social Media platforms.
  • IT literacy and competence in Microsoft office packages.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also motivated to work independently.
  • An understanding of confidentiality.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset and an eye for design with experience in graphic design tools and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of social media.

This paid internship will be based at the firm's offices in Cardiff, with opportunities to undertake tasks remotely. Applicants must be able to commit to at least two regular mornings or afternoons per week.

The estimated salary for this position is £15,000-£18,000 per annum, depending on experience.
